Honestly? It was the most lackluster banh mi of my life, and the most expensive, which is a double edged sword. I'd understand if it was boasting with flavor and amazing ingredients but all i tasted was the baguette really. i love banh mis and love to try every shop at least once but the roasted pork on was so disappointing:( got it with their vietnamese coffee and it was bitter and sour. Paid $24 total for both and left feeling super unsatisfied. 4 stars because i don't want to mess with their rating. service was sweet, the lady was nice.

Pretty good banh mi. They were a bit expensive for the size but the meats/cuts were well seasoned and pickled veggies were nice to balance out the sandwich. Baguettes was more on the crunchy side so it would cut the roof of your mouth but not too bad.

Food: me and my wife ordered the chicken curry and it was good not bad and you get a ton of bread with it so it's nice to eat with the sauce. It is a little spicy to beware. The shredded chicken sandwich was okay also not bad but also super spicy so I ended up taking out most the sliced chili. The sauce it comes with is nice I would suggest to ask for extra because one is not enough... for me at least. The iced Vietnamese coffee was not bad it definitely had a strong coffee taste with a bit of sweetness. Service: it's a quick order and 2 steps walk over to the table. Nice and responsive. Ambiance: this place is super tiny there is only 2 tables inside and seats max 8 people. I would recommend no parties larger than 3 coming here. You will be really crammed so it's nice for a quick meal for lunch.

Love the sardines Banh mi, especially with the consommé! Chef's kiss! French baguette is fresh, and sardines is cooked with the right amount of shallots and garlic, not an overpowering flavor. FYI - sardines are good to keep your skin's barrier healthy. Ur welcome! Service is always helpful and friendly. Ambiance is small and quaint but appreciate the seating area to enjoy a quick bite.

Pretty decent Bahn Mi Sandwiches here. Its a little small and easy to miss, but you get good service here. I'd say the sandwiches are little more on the expensive side for what you get, but I guess that is sort of the norm in Silverlake. Tip: This place is very easy to miss since it is small. If you have not been there before it is a good idea to have your navigation app like googlemaps on.

Pretty solid banh mi, we got the chicken and roast pork, for me personally I could have my pickles and Daikon a little more vinegary and papaya salad

Very unassuming location, hard to spot! Love the no frills traditional feeling interior with the stools, feels very authentic. Good sandwiches, really enjoyed the chicken banh mi!
